The updated Mass Save Data page brings a redesigned data platform built around stakeholder feedback. The updated site features a more modern look and feel, clearer navigation, and a new Program Highlights tab that provides key performance indicators. Users can apply data filters across the entire site or for year-over-year and term-over-term comparisons.
The MA Customer Profile Dashboard updates provide deeper insights into programs, municipalities, end uses, and customer characteristics. The Customer Profile Dashboard covers Residential, Low Income, and Commercial and Industrial sectors with data spanning from 2013-2024. The updates include an expansion of key dimensions of customers, including income, business size, and industry segments.
