Like all committees of the EEAC, the Executive Committee performs specific tasks and functions at the direction of the full Council, providing an additional level of scrutiny and consideration for Council priorities. The Executive Committee developed a Charter that guides its activities. The Executive Committee meets monthly and posts minutes of all meetings and proceedings.

The objectives, goals, and responsibilities of the Energy Efficiency Database Subcommittee are articulated in its Charter.
The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) issued its “DPU Response to Data Privacy and Data Security Issues Related to the Statewide Energy Efficiency Database” on December 1, 2014. On February 20, 2015 the DPU issued its ruling on the Program Administrators’ Request to Stay the Compliance Filing.

The full EEAC passed a resolution to hire Energy Platforms, LLC, to undertake the following scope:
